Leadership Perspectives is a management consultancy specializing in Business Transformation, the implementation of business strategy, and the development of leadership.  Its mission is to deliver strategic, transformational results while developing the human capabilities within major business organizations.  Leadership Perspectives leverages various skills employed in traditional strategic and operational analysis, development and implementation, along with an acute focus on Human Resource Development.

 

  Within business transformation, Leadership Perspectives has three focused practices:

Balanced Scorecard The first stage in business transformation is to build an architecture for the change program, complete with objectives, measures and a management process including executive accountabilities for the various initiatives launched. The Balanced Scorecard is the conceptual structure Leadership Perspectives uses to build this architecture for change.

Leadership Development The second stage in business transformation is to identify the leadership capabilities necessary for success, conduct a baseline assessment of those capabilities and create proactive plans for developing that leadership at all levels within the organization.

Coaching for Performance The third stage in business transformation is to develop and implement a leadership coaching plan within the organization to reinforce and support the changes in leadership behavior that are essential to success.

Leadership Perspectives was formed in April 2003.  We are a network of very experienced senior associates, and one office in Fairfax, Virginia. We are currently partnering with clients based in numerous North American cities. Our clients, primarily Fortune 500 companies, span numerous industries including Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing, Accounting, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, and Information Systems.
